Our website design and building process is a
very thorough and

give you new ideas,
and fully
understand your needs to help you determine what
type of

1.
Initial Meeting & Design Consultation (No Charge)
Our first step is a
one-on-one consultation with the client to help guide
the decision making processes
concerning the site's
design, feature sets, goals, and size.
Your input is very important because this is where you
give us a detailed description of what you want the
site
to do and how you want her to look. As we learn more
about the site during this meeting, we make
suggestions
and present ideas for you to consider.
Once we're all satisfied and clear about your new
website, we then go to work on a proposal and quote
document.

2.
Written Proposal & Quote Presented for Your
Approval
Once the website's
concept has been fleshed out, we produce and present to
you a written formal proposal
and quote document and estimated
hours to complete the project.
Included with the formal
proposal will be our Website Design & Development
Agreement that specifies
the
terms and conditions of the project. Once we receive
your approval of our proposal and agreement, we then
go
to
work building your
new website! |

3.
Design Look & Feel Phase
Once the project is
approved, we determine what materials we will need from
you for the website, such as
text and pictures, and what
materials we will have to produce, such as custom
graphics. From this material,
we design a prototype
(mock-up) page design and navigation, based on your desires, for you
to inspect and approve.
Once we make any changes you desire and the site
design is approved, we begin building the entire site! |

4.
Site Preview & Quality Testing
Nearing completion,
we bring together all the elements and components of the
site's design. This includes
the design, style, text,
graphics, images, online data collections forms, and
other parts. The homepage, sections,
and all
sub-pages are completed, uploaded to the web hosting
server and made fully operational. We then do
quality testing of the site.
At this point, you and your colleagues preview the
completed site, make any final changes, and give your
final approval for her to launch. |

5.
Site Launches & Goes Live
The site is opened to
the public and final testing and polishing are done! At this point, now
that the site
is
complete, we then
submit the website to
the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Lycos,
MSN, Windows Live Search,
AltaVista, and many more, so that
customers can easily locate your website. |
